Paganini Master clock:

Clocking is vital in any digital audio system because timing errors that occur in the DAC will be directly converted into errors in the analogue output. dCS DACs can act as a system master clock, but listening tests have shown that there is no substitute for a dedicated, high-quality master clock.

The Paganini Master Clock is based on our professional studio master clocks and the classic Verona clock. All dCS Master Clocks are rigorously tested in-house and the crystal oscillators are pre-aged and selected for long-term stability.

The Paganini Upsampler is designed to act as the hub of a digital audio system.

Accessing music from any digital source, the Paganini Upsampler converts audio from its native sampling rate to DSD (1-bit data at 2.822 MS/s) or standard high-resolution PCM (24-bit data up to 192 kS/s)
